Self catering and serviced accommodation for stays of 14nts or more, have weekly housekeeping & linen/towel change are provided at no extra charge.

There is no extra charge for babies & toddlers under 3 sharing parent’s room.

Cot, bedding, high chairs, & any other baby equipment (if available) can be provided at no extra cost.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

Although our local Coop is only a few mins. walk from Portreeves & open until 10pm 7days a week, self catering guests may prefer a welcome pack including breakfast provisions, & freshly made homemade bread,  to be provided. Welcome packs can be arranged for £15 for 2 or £20 for 3-5 people.

Celebrating? We can arrange for a beautiful bouquet of flowers (which can be taken away with you), a selection of Arundel Chocolates, & a bottle of chilled sparkling wine or Champagne to be presented in you suite upon your arrival. Prices from £40-£55.

Daily housekeeping for self catering guests - £10pn. Not available as a one off- end of stay clean.

Payment for optional extras are payable in advance of arrival (except housekeeping).

For Bed and Breakfast and family suite for 1 or 2 nights - £40/£50 deposit to secure booking is required, the balance to be paid upon arrival.

For Short Breaks self-catering bookings - £50/£100 deposit is required, with balance to be paid 3 weeks in advance by cheque or cash on arrival.

For Week lets SC. - £100 deposit is required, with the balance to be paid 1 month in advance by cheque or cash on arrival. In case of damages there is a £100 refundable cash deposit to be paid upon arrival & held for the duration of the stay.

For longer stays of a month or more a £200 deposit is required, & payment can be made in advance, on a weekly or monthly basis. A £200 security deposit is required & held for duration of stay.

All deposits to secure bookings are payable within 7 days of making the booking.

Payment can be made in advance by cheque - made payable to Mrs. J. Johnstone, or by credit/debit card through Paypal (there is an extra charge of 3% for this facility)

Payment can be made on arrival with cash or cheque up to the value of a valid guarantee card.

For last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival a full payment of a nights stay must be paid in advance via PayPal (no charge applied). The balance (if applicable) to be paid upon arrival in cash or cheque with valid cheque guarantee card.  

Check in from 3pm, check out by 10.30am.

Portreeves is a no-smoking establishment, any guest found to be smoking in their rooms would be charged £25 to facilitate specialist cleaning.

If you have to cancel the booking, we will do our best to re-let the suite/apartment. If we succeed we will refund all monies received. If we are unable to re-let then the deposit/balance (if cancelled within 1 month of booked date) is not refundable. If this is a concern to you we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

If for any reasons beyond our control we have to cancel arrangements all monies will be returned to you in full. We accept no further liability.
