Accommodation

There are 2 self-contained apartments both on the ground floor, tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with (chargeable) wifi internet access.

Tarante (Garden Suite) consist of a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, with shower (over bath), & heated towel rail, ample clothes storage, & hairdryer & alarm clock. Through an interconnecting door is the living room, which is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, dining for 4/5, more storage, TV/DVD with Freeview TV & radio channels, & board games for your entertainment, stylishly decorated and  complemented with original artwork. There is a fully fitted/equipped kitchen, with washing machine, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), toaster, double electric oven & hob, plus iron & board. A particular feature of Tarante is both the bedroom & living room have French doors which lead directly onto the garden. Patio furniture, & BBQ are provided. Dog friendly. Can sleep 2-4 adults + cot/child’s bed.

Calceto (Courtyard Suite) is a bright, sunny, South facing apartment, decorated & furnished to the same quality as Tarante. It has the benefit of a king-size bed which can also be converted into twin beds, & an en-suite shower room. There is an interconnecting door to the living room, with dining for 4, & a fabulous leather sofa/bed. There is an LCD TV/DVD, with freeview TV & radio & board games for your entertainment. Again, stylishly furnished & with original artwork. The kitchen is equipped the same as Tarante, however Calceto also has a full size freezer. The apartment looks out onto a pretty walled garden. There is also full use of the half acre gardens & grounds, & patio furniture & BBQ are also provided. Pets not permitted, in this apartment. Sleeps 2-4 adults + cot/child’s bed.

All our accommodation is all on the ground floor and finished to an exceptionally high standard, centrally heated and double-glazed. Wifi internet access in both apartments. With the capacity to each sleep 2 – 4 adults, plus child/baby, the apartments are great value, versatile accommodation. All linen and towels are provided. There is no extra charge for electricity or heating. Weekly housekeeping & linen change are provided free of charge for stays of 14 nights or more.

Larger parties of 4-6 can be accommodated very comfortably in both apartments, as they have been designed to open into 1 large apartment. This accommodation offers 2 spacious double bedrooms, a third bedroom with a sofa-bed, 1 bath, 1 shower room, 2 kitchens & a living-room with dining for 4-6, with direct access onto the garden.

The Garden - All guests have full use of the half acre garden & grounds. There is a public footpath along the side of the property, which allows convenient access to the riverbank, and a scenic stroll into town, or an enjoyable walk to Warningcamp, or even Amberley.

There is ample off-road parking, and secure cycle parking is available. There is a no smoking policy inside the building, however smoking is permitted in outside areas. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; with prior arrangement, as we do have a dog of our own, and wild rabbits in the garden!

Bed and Breakfast accommodation can also be provided for 2 persons (+cot/child) staying in either Tarante or Calceto apartments. Accommodation consists of a spacious double room with either a king-size or twin beds, en-suite, & hairdryer & alarm clock, an interconnecting door to your own private, lounge & dining room, stylishly furnished & complemented with original artwork, freeviewTV & DVD, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, iron & board are all provided for your convienience. Breakfast is served in your own private dining room where you can enjoy a substantial continental feast of homemade bread, smoke salmon, cheese, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, fruit-juice, tea &/or fresh coffee, It’s a real treat, please read some of our customer’s comments. B&B family accommodation is available by utilising the sofa-bed in the connecting living-room, however we are unable to provide a fully served breakfast. We can leave some of the breakfast provisions mentioned above in your own private kitchen for self service.

Children & Babies

We cater well for children & babies, & can provide a range of baby equipment, please enquire for items you may need. We have cots, folding guest/child’s bed,  bedding, highchairs & age appropriate toys for inside & in the garden.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome in Tarante, with prior agreement. We ask that they are not left alone in the apartment, & that they are not allowed upon the furniture. Please note we have a friendly dog of our own & wild rabbits in the garden. Pets are not permitted in Calceto, making the apartment more suitable for allergy sufferers.
